By applying for business, personal, or real estate funding through We Inform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false information may result in denial of funding, legal action, and/or termination of services.
2. Funding Outcomes
We Inform does not guarantee approval, funding amounts, or specific terms. Outcomes depend on the underwriting standards of third-party lenders and your business/personal financial profile.
3. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to:

Comply with repayment obligations if funded
4. Consultation Fees
Any consultation or packaging fees disclosed are for We Inform’s time, expertise, and administrative support. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or if within the applicable cancellation period.
5. Third-Party Lenders
We Inform may connect you with independent lenders or funding sources. We Inform is not responsible for any contracts or decisions made between you and the lender.
Return Policy
We Inform is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your budgeting software, you may request a full refund under the following terms:

Clients have until MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION OR RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS LATER (5 days for Alaska) to cancel the order (“rescission period”) and receive a full refund consistent with the cancellation notice provided in their sales package. When an Independent Agent makes a sale or takes an order from a retail Client who cancels or requests a refund within the rescission period, the refund will be promptly executed.
